I am an Ackerman trained therapist with over twenty years experience treating families, couples and individuals. I work with people who are struggling with depression and anxiety, many of whom are having relationship difficulties or feel stuck in their lives. My style is interactive and I incorporate CBT techniques to help you reach your goals.
