      Sadly, I'd like to write a good review due to Bill being a very nice and a extremely knowledgeable man. However, with that aside I will say the crew was respectful when approached. The mess due to not bagging old duct and throwing out second floor from a bedroom window was inexcusable. Worker kept walking through dirt & lawn and wouldn't put on booties which made a nice daily mess, Communication break down between crew and office. Materials left in attic including very sharp pieces of metal,used nasty face masks and latex gloves, gross. Due to change in duct I now have loud noise bellowing into my den which was never there, Bill did try to correct, but noise still there. Just turned on new unit to use and something wrong with discharge. Contacted office was told, "don't use" till we check it out. Close to 90* today, I have to pick up a window unit till they fix it. Expected better after spending over 17K. Bill real nice, but wish I would have used other company.
