This place rocks! Prices are awesome and the selections can't be beat. The employees there are so sweet and accommodating. I had injured my leg and I walked in with crutches. Kas held the door for me coming in and out and made sure I got in my car. Love this place and I've referred everyone I know to come here! Thanks guys!

A wonderfully clean and vibrant store; very well staffed. I was helped very quickly by an Asian lady named Jessica. She was extremely sweet and sincere. Was more than happy to assist me with any questions that I needed answered...she seemed to be pretty well informed with their products. Joe's is now my to-go spot for all of my tobacco needs.

I got a vap there and they showed me how to treat it/clean/mix flavours. They're very helpful and friendly. Plus, the prices are amazing. Very reasonable. One girl named Kas sat there and showed me from start to finish how vaps work and how I can cut down smoking cigarettes. She started me on 18 mgs. Now I smoke only the vap. Definitely one of my favourite places to visit! Thanx again:)

Bought two vapor ciggarettes from there on Saturday today is tuesday and one of them is not working at all I called the store to ask can i exchange it and the women said I had to have a receipt I told her that the young fellow who checked me out threw the receipt and wrappers in the trash because he is the one who opened it and filled it for me and if he can vouch that I was there can i get an exchange she said no sad thing is that your selling defective stuff and i paid 21 dollars and some change for the vapor cig and the rasberry limade refill and now i can't even use it really sad that you rip people off and don't compisate for you defective devices!
