I just bought a leather jacket form the salvation army for 49.95 I put the jacket on soon as I got outside and tried to zip the jacket up and the zipper was broken. I went right back in and told the cashere the zipper was broken and she ignored me for ten minutes then i ask her what can we do about this. With a attitude she said nothing. I asked to speak to the manager and she said she was the manager. Then i asked to speak to her supervisor and she detected me to a man that was under her. I buy a lot of furniture and other things form that location and never had a problem. I didn't understand stand why i wasn't offered any help at all or a 50.00 credit or something. Its not fair to a poor person who's trying to budget their finance at a place that's suppose to help people loose their money like that with a staff manerger who don't cares.Michael Adams 10/23/14
