Considering the area, they do have the best pool and hot tub products at the best prices. I've gone there to purchase chemicals and accessories since they opened and will continue to. The few water issues I've had, they have been able to walk me through correcting them.

I feel the same way about this store there are no business skills when it comes to the store in newport news. I visited this store a least 10 times over this pasted summer , in the beginning of the season the service was okay there was a young lady there that helped alot but i assume she is no longer there . The manager always has an attitude on phone and in person . I needed a pump worked on and it took them 3 weeks to finish it and then charged me an arm and a leg. The next time i need something for my pool i will either go to best pools or i will be taking a trip to the Chesapeake store for my supplies .

No Return Policy; I purchased a pool liner for $320.00, when I got it home the liner was to small. I tried to return it or at least exchange it, they wouldn't even consider either. There is no in store or online policy, they didn't even tell me that there was a no return policy. They have the worst customer service ever!

I purchased a pool table from these guys and they came out and installed the table. After they installed the table I was Very unhappy. The seams where the slates came together was not smooth and caused the pool balls to changed direction. When I called them they stated that they do NOT wax the seams and that the slates just match up and that there is nothing they could do. Then I noticed that when they screwed the wood frame together the screw came through the side on two of the sides. When I spoke to the manager I explained that I was unhappy and wanted to return the $1800 table and he stated that they would not except the return of the table since I had the table for 12 days.
