I have been a loyal customer of Mac's for years. I just had a recent issue with my upstairs unit and it was resolved fast and professionally! We began our relationship with Mac's Heating & Cooling several years ago. They have performed pre-season heating and air-conditioning checks in addition to maintenance when required. We couldn't recommend them more highly. As an example, last Saturday afternoon our air conditioner stopped running. We called Mac's; within 45 minutes their technician had completed the required repair, replaced the defective part, and was on his way while we once again enjoyed the cool air that was coming from the registers. All personnel at Mac's are dedicated to courteous, prompt customer service. On one occasion, a member of the team drove the part over while the technician was working just to save time with the repair. We've recommended Mac's to several friends and will continue to do so.
