On Saturday the 18th of March at @ 7:30 PM we entered the Taco Bell. The four of us consisted of My grand son ( New arrival to the Fort Eustis training ctr) his wife, My wife & myself. My wife & I are over 70 & my grandson just completed basic at Ft. Jackson. There were NO I repeat NO other customers in the store. We stood at the counter for OVER TEN MINUTES and were never recognized, It was like we were invisible! This obviously wasn't the case, our problem was "WE WERE WHITE"! We were treated like trash!. I know that the employees will deny this but if it wasn't the truth why would I bother to write? I don't want a free taco, I don't want a free anything! I want my Grandson, his wife, my wife & myself to be treated the same way that the employees in that restaurant wish to be treated. My grandson some day may have to give his LIFE to defend the employees of your store. What a waste that would be .We were never served or recognized. We finally walked out.
