You could pick ANY exterminating company in the yellow pages and they would be better than this company. I am amazed they are still in business.

Exterminating service seemed okay but dealing with the personnel is frustrating. The techs we had did not schedule or call ahead and there was really no way of knowing our house had been treated or not. And they obviously did not treat on the inside on those days. We just got a bill every quarter and no customer service. I would try another company.

VERY POOR RECORD KEEPING AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. SO-SO EXTERMINATING SERVICE. STAY AWAY.

We signed a 1 yr contract with 4 quarterly treatments. My wife calls after the 3rd & asks to cancel it since we planned to move. They said we could. When the 4th came up they mailed a bill. Thinking they forgot to cancel I called to cancel again. I was told, no problem. 6+ months later a tech shows up with no appointment to spray. We stop him before he starts but he tells us they showed up unannounced 3 mths before. They had no appointment & we did not sign a receipt (their normal practice).They didn't even leave a notice saying they had been there. What kind of company does that? And we don't know they did anything that day. Our bug population certainly didn't go down during that time. So they bill us for a ghost visit & that days visit with no work done. I call to complain & get into a shouting match with some idiot, probably the owner. Then he threatens me with legal action over $85, which he would spend just talking to a lawyer, much less getting one in a courtroom. Pathetic.

very poor record keeping. after we canceled our account they kept billing us for visits that were not scheduled, nor signed for. after we caught them showing up at our house and refused service they threatened legal action!
