Ronnie Boone Sr is a crooked, power hungry, and corrupt sad excuse for a man. He bribed local officials on a local, county, and state level. If you get on his bad side, he will utilize his contacts to make your life miserable. He claimed that a very good friend of mine stole his trailer, even though my buddy no truck. Boone also had no title for the trailer. He threatened to do everything in his power to make me lose my security clearance, which I need for work. Please feel free to contact me privately and I will gladly explain to you how horrible this man really is. Avoid him and anything associated with his name at all costs!!!!!!!!

Terribly run and overpriced. Me and a couple friends rented a house close to school for a year and kept it in great shape. Put a work order in for the garage which would not open all the way (was like that when we arrived), a guy came out to look at it, said he was going to come back and fix it because he did not have the right tools and never did. Backsplash in kitchen was peeling off due to temperature change and we asked to get that fixed and no one even came out to look at it. Moving out was even more of a hassle; took almost all of our security deposit for silly things and made the remainder of the deposit check out to all 4 of us instead of putting one name on it. Tried calling about this but after getting an answering machine twice and leaving two voicemails, I never got a return call. This means that, 3 months after we moved out, we would all have to go to the bank with our ID's to get it cashed. I guess I'll keep trying to call and get through to someone.
