Stephen has been cleaning my carpet for years. He's reliable and knows carpet cleaning. My carpets are 12 years old and I've had dogs that entire time, not to mention kids, so my carpets can get filthy. Once again Stephen has just cleaned them and they look great. I brought down a piece of carpet from the attic (extra piece from the original installation) and it's hard to tell it apart from the carpet that's been trampled on for 12 years. Very pleased.
