      In business since 1991, Logan's Roadhouse Inc. is a full-service restaurant chain to 188 company-owned and 26 franchised Logan's Roadhouse restaurants in the United States. Based in Norfolk, Va., the firm offers a variety of menu items, including aged steaks, chicken breasts, grilled salmon as well as health nut salads. It features an array of dishes, such as United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) angus steaks, ground steak burgers, chicken dishes, salads, shrimp skewers, yeast rolls and buckets of peanuts, to name a few.       On 05/29/16 I order a hamburger w/brisket on it. I explain to the waitress that my burger was not right plus my fries was cold. So I ask for the manager. The manager comes to the table with an attitude and very disrespectful smh I could not wait to get out of there. My check #1372769 and I got my bill at 3:01pm. The waitress, smile, kept checking on my table to see if we was fine but that manager so disrespectful. Very bad business.

      Horrible service. waited 30 minutes just to hear the waitress tell me that my order was lost and needed to be ordered again. This is the worst restaurant I have ever been.

      Horrible service. Waited at least 2 hours to get our food and when it came orders were wrong and incomplete. The manager was not attentive to our concerns either. Horrible experience!!!!!!!! This review is being written as I sit in the restaurant waiting for 20+ minutes to pay my check
