The Norfolk Healthcare Center offers a range of mental and physical rehabilitation services under the trade name of LifeWorks Rehab. The center provides assistance with a variety of daily activities, such as bathing, cooking, medication management and toileting. It offers several types of therapeutic services for the development of swallowing, speaking and cognitive abilities. The Norfolk Healthcare Center assists with the recovery of knee and hip replacement surgeries. The center evaluates and examines pre- and post-stroke conditions. In addition, it provides several types of advanced inpatient rehabilitation services for various injuries and illnesses. The Norfolk Healthcare Center also offers pain control programs.
