My hair was pretty!! 3 weeks after getting my hair braided all of my braids around my crown were out!! I called and told Katie and she was like your hair must grow fast... I replied no!! Long story short they were alittle hesitant about doing it over so I never went back and will never go back EVER!!!

Beautiful braids and twist. Everyone at work asked who did my hair. The only bad thing is the shop did not open on time at 10:00 am, which was the same time of my appointment, the shop opened 30 minutes late, I was not in the seat until 11 am. The other thing, the whole time they spoke in another language talking over the customer, super rude. However, they were fast, two people braiding, braids were gorgeous, efficient. But rude, don't half way understand what was being said because it was all in French.They used "Pump it Up" holding spray on every strand of hair, even though I told them I had an allergy to it, and "Pump it Up" breaks hair. A lady came in there loud screaming at the braiders, and tried to force the braiders to buy clotthes from her. The screaming turned the environment hostile, and a few customers as well as myself began to look at each other in confusion of what was happening and why the woman was trying to force people to buy clothes. But they have beautiful work.

I got my hair done in 2010 and it was amazing! I was going on a cruise and wanted something versatile. I got the Senegalese Twist and was complemented on them throughout the entire trip. I am going on a trip in October and will go to them again.
