Stay away from this store!! They test your water with a test strip. I can do this at home. Go buy a book on how to take care of your pool and buy your pool supplies on line. You can get good brands online for much less than this store sells it for. This store lack professionalism in a big way.

Would not recommend. I hired this company to inspect a hot tub for leaks since the water level had gone down to empty. They came out - told me I should have filled the hot tub before they arrived, then proceeded to charge me for sticking a hose in the hot tub and watching it fill up. No obvious leaks so they were on their way an hour later, however they charged me for two hours labor since the hourly rate includes another hour to get back to their shop a few miles down the street and write up the bill. Two weeks later, the hot tub continues to leak and water level is down about a foot. Unreasonable pricing, terrible communication and customer service. Avoid this vendor.
