good quality and very clean. they seem to know meat well, and what makes good meat. I like the way its not like the grocery store where they just have what they have out. you can ask for what you want cut how you want. they have a bunch of spices and they put them on for you. The prices were fair and i got fresh and not packaged. they have a lot of stuff i havent seen before too and the chicken was sooo good. They told me how to cook my steak to make it tender and it worked.
