This store has an extremely rude service person working n the geek squad. If you buy a computer there, do NOT buy the extended warranty. You will be treated like crap when you bring it in for service. Horrible customer service.

This store has the rudest individual working at the Geek Squad desk. I will never purchase a computer or extended service contract from this store. I have never ben talked to so rudely in my life. He enjoys talking down to people. Don't waste your time with this store.

I purchased the Whirlpool 4.0 Cu. Ft. 10-Cycle Washer and extended warranty in Feb. 2010. It already broke down! Called Best Buy they sent out a repair guy a week later he said it needed a part and he would order it, he siad the part would be in in a couple of days but he coul...dn't get back out and install for another week. The day before he is suppose to come out Best Buy calls and says the part won't be in until probably mid June. I asked if we could return the washer and get a new one, they just laughed at me and said it is not their problem it is the manufacturers responsiblity. I said I thought the extended warranty allowed for replacement and they said not in the first year. I asked them if they stand behind the products they sell and he just kept giving me the run around. I will NEVER buy another item from Best Buy! Beware of Best Buy and their so called Extended Warranty. They do not stand behind the products they sell and they do NOT treat their customers with respect.See More
