I was referred to Carol's from a dear friend of mine who also has a Wheatie. I took my 3 1/2 month old little Wheatie in just to get him used to the groomer. Well.........he went in without being able to see and she did an AWESOME JOB on him. He became even MORE adorable after Carol did him. Just the cutest job ever and seemed happy when I picked him up. When I moved to town, I was looking for groomers, I had an elderly poodle /maltese mix. She always looked great when I picked her up. I now have two puppies, one a poodle/cavalier mix and a springer spaniel. She scissor cut the mix because I didn't want her clipped. She looked gorgeous. My springer is starting his springer shape an he looked great too. Carol gets the dogs done with minimal crate waiting. That makes me happy.

I can't tell you how happy I am that I found Carol!! I have two maltese, one of which has been turned down by other groomers because of anxiety. She took the time to make sure Brady okay and was able to groom him. (with no drugs which is what the other groomers suggested) They both came out amazing!!

I am so happy with the job Carol is doing on my Schnauzer, Oscar. I had brought him to several groomers before and just couldn't get the right cut. Carol is not only great with Oscar, but she listens to my requests and delivers. He has come home looking neat and handsome each time. Just the way I like him. Carol took excellent care of our Belgian Sheepdog with health problems. She is knowledgeable, kind, and thorough. She was able to send us home with a beautifully groomed dog! The time and care she invested were beyond our expectations. We highly recommend Carol's to anyone looking for a groomer who is first class.

Carol is an incredibly competent and caring animal groomer who does a fantastic job, from precision cutting to all kinds of hygienic care. Her prices are very reasonable, and there is no "a la carte" menu here. Everything is included. She has so much experience as to note any potential problems ones pet may have. I recently lost my beloved Bichon Libby. Carol was so kind to her, and I'll never forget it. I highly recommend Carol. She is a one woman operation who treats her clientele with incredible care. He was being groomed at another salon, and they were having a difficult time trimming him. They suggested that he be sedated. Likely not their fault that he was difficult..he was probably knotted. Nevertheless, Carol was able to handle him and is willing to continue grooming him, without medication. She did a beautiful job! Everyone loved his new haircut. Carol is very knowledgeable and professional. Equally important- her prices are incredibly reasonable. We will be back and I will recommend to all my friends!

I am very pleased with Carol's work. I could see that Carol really loves animals. I brought my little dog Peek-a-boo to be groomed and when Carol finished the job my dog looked beautiful and most of all she looked happy! It's great to have a dog groomer right down town in North Andover, especially by a 5 star groomer such as Carol! I

I wasn't really in the mood for a bath, after all, I had one last year. My parents insisted so we went to Carol's. I was my grumpy old self but Carol put up with me through the whole ordeal. I hope Carol treats her pet clients better than the people who own them and call. I made a small phone call to get some quick pricing and schedule information, she was incredibly rude, and treated me like a toddler, and as if I was inconveniencing her outrageously. She snickered when I asked if she would be available today or Tuesday.. as If I know and memorize her schedule. I'm sorry for trying to be a paying customer!!! Next time I will simply call somewhere else. **Word for the un-wise: when working with the public in any aspect; learn how to have people, communication, and telephone skills with tact, a positive attitude, and politeness, even if you need to fake it because you're busy and stressed out. (sigh)

I need to correct the previous review I just submitted. The rating is showing 3 stars and that was not what I meant to do. It should have been a five star rating. Don't know what I did wrong. Its the review regarding the pomeranian. Sorry carol you are defintely a 10.

I have been taking my dog to Carol for a year. She does such a wonderful job. He is a pomeranian and she cuts him beautifully. We get so many comments on how nice he looks as we walk him etc. everyone loves his look. Thank you Carol

I recently went to Carol's with our Shih-tzu. Carol did an awesome job, he looked great. Trust me he does not even liked to be brushed, so grooming him well has to be an art. When you go to Carol's pet care, you get Carol. Carol does the grooming not just any employee. You can tell Carol loves dogs and cares about the quality of her work. She has a great personality and is a doll to talk with. Charlie will be back.

I recently took my dog to have Carol groom him. This was his first time he had ever been groomed. He went in looking like a scrappy fellow. When I picked him up, he looked like a show dog. It was a huge transformation. In one sitting..... I could tell Carol is a master of scissoring. I'm very pleased with the results and will return again.

Three words...AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME!! With 5 dogs some being rescues I just couldn't keep up. Took Bruin the GSD aka "Shedder" to Carol and he looks like a different dog. I recently took our long-haired cat to Carol after the previous establishment we used changed policies and no longer groomed older cats. Carol was warm, took the time to learn about our cat, and made the appointment process easy. Our cat came home looking great; while other places may have just shaved most of the cat's matted fur, Carol took her time to brush her out. We will definitely be back. Thanks Carol!

I have a Schnauzer who hates water and doesn't enjoy the grooming process at all. When I left her with Carol she was scared as usual. But when I picked her up she looked amazing, seemed relaxed and well cared for in my absence. Carol recommended some products for her dry coat which I didn't even know she had. I was very impressed and will keep coming back.

I just recently took my Lhasa Apso to Carol's Pet Care and she was AMAZING!! I had been taking Macaroni to Petco and several times he was sent home due to his temperament (not finished) Carol was able to finish the job flawlessly. Thank you Carol!!!!!!

Carol takes pride in her work and treats every pet individually. She takes the time to make sure your pet is a credit to you and her reputation. Her experience and perfectionism is reflected in her work. As an owner of both Cats and Dogs I wouldn't consider anyone else to groom my pets. She is the best!
