Good work, but expensive and lied to me. Plumber was a nice guy having a bad day.

These guys do good work but are quite costly. I was charged $135 first hour, $95 additional hour. I was charged for drive time from the previous job even though I was charged a showup fee of $40 for the first hour. I do not feel this is ethical or appropriate. They arrived about an hour late. I learned this was because they added a later job before my scheduled time but never phoned to let me know to expect them later. I was also charged for time to get materials even though I was told I would not be. The plumber was quite good and very knowledgable but he also took the bad day he was having out on me. I have generally not experienced being treated that way by a professional. Even though the work was good, I won't call this company again because of the way I was treated and because of their high fee structure which wasn't fully disclosed.
