They give me great service with a smile, and I have NEVER had to wait more than 40 minutes for my RX, even at 5pm on a friday when dropping off and waiting on their busiest day and time. This is my pharmacy of choice, as they are happy to do their jobs, and it shows. I have dealt with many pharmacies, and there is no better in Cecil Co. in my eyes.

After waiting 2 hours for the pharmacy to acknowledge my called in prescription, I called and the claimed they had "just go it"and it would be 45 minutes. After an hour had passed, I went to pick up my prescription to be told it would be ready in a short while. When I enquired to how long a short while was, she shrugged and said 15-20 minutes. I explained to her they had this prescription now for over an hour and a half. She just stared me. When you're kid is sick, waiting 20 minutes is too long. I will not be back.

Had an incident today with Janet and a cashier told me a certain time game at ask me if I was waiting I said yes I came back a little after 9 is when they told me a time frame then they close the gate still wouldn't let me walk it to the front to check out. I will never bring it to you walmart pharmacy ever again janet is rude disrespectful and really unprofessional
