I called to have my pump checked, the ad says FREE ESTIMATES in bold print and I was told there would be a $120.00 charge to bring the truck to out. I asked about the FREE ESTIMATE and Doug told me the free estimate is over the phone?!? How can he tell what the problem is over the phone??I think this is considered false advertising..................
