He portrays professionalism all the way! Before starting any of the work he was able to give me a set price I thought the price was super fair! He pointed some of the stains on my carpet that needed a lot more attention than just the basic steam cleaning. The fact that they use all GREEN solutions to eliminate all stains was a plus for me.. this company has it all from professional techs to darn good work!!

It couldn’t have been done any better. The tech came to my home knowing exactly what he needed to do. When he inspected the work he did a test and showed me how my carpet would look after he was done. It took him an hour to do the job and it took another four hours to dry but when it was all done the carpet looked great.
