This yarn store was quite a delight to go to!!!We went on a mini "yarn crawl" in the area. Earlier in our day we visted a yarn store that totally disappointed us.It was like that scene in the wizard of oz going from black and white Kansas and into A yarnie Emeral City when we walked into " The Mermaids Purl" beautiful fabulous fibers , wonderful samples that inspired us, and the owner was absolutely wonderful and helpful . The yarn selection is excellent, GREAT BUTTONS.... Tons of them . Great pattern selection too. Lots of great "in house" patterns. We already marked a date next month that we will come back to Mermaids Purl. Every yarn shop should be like this one!!!!
