I would think twice about living at this place. I have had the worst experience with the management with this complex and there corporate office is no help. Be very careful.

This apartment complex is going downhill. The new tennents in my building trhow trash off their porch daily, I have had things stolen from my proch, the walls are paper thin and we have not gotten a good night sleep since the new people moved in upstairs, and now kids are putting up grafitti and the complex doesn't take it down. I have called the office a couple of times on a few of these issues and they refuse to return my call; I guess they are happy knowing that it is slmost impossible to get out of the contract and they don't have to do anything. This place may seem nice when you tour, but go down a few buildings and see what you see.

These apartments are a little over a year old. When I first moved in it was nice clean and well maintained. Now it is hard to find parking with people not authorized to park there doing so anyways. People are not cleaning up after there animals and it seems like there is no penalty for these tenants doing wrong.
