Opened in 2011 by Stephen Simpson after losing his contract as an installer with Time Warner Cable. After working in the IT industry for over 15 years, he decided to go into business for himself. Despite starting in a tough, declining economy, the company has grown, due to the atmosphere and customer service provided. The company focuses on making sure the customer get the right answer and feels good about getting it.
