We have 36 bobcats. In all my years in this business I have never seen a more disorganized parts department.The inventory is Small and no matter how many times my people call its like the first time all over again. Getting through to the parts department to order is almost impossible unless you have 20+ minutes to sit on hold. I will either buy different machines or try another branch
