me and my husband ordered 2 parts to our rug scrubber march 4th and now its march 23rd and i have called them twice and the part has not yet come in. I called bissell and they have no order on file through them at all. So was the parts ordered or was the money kept? They GUY was very rude. Also customer service was HORRIABLE. I wouldn't recommend them. I would go some where else to order any parts that you need.

They have always come through with the parts that I have needed for many different appliance including vaccuum cleaners and rug shampooers. Super friendly folks.
