      Never shows up or calls. I am a single woman relying on a taxi late at night and have been stranded

      I will never use your service again. You are unreliable ,,and could cause harm to customers relying on you. Not even a phone call is placed by your drivers to let us know that you are not able to make the pick up. Your lack of business sense is unacceptable and I will make sure to pass the word.
