0I can't say enough about Raynor Door. My wife I recently purchased a beautiful garage door and front door from them and couldn't be happier. The reason we selected them for our new purchase was from the great experience we had a couple of years ago when they came out and serviced our old garage door. The service department is second to none and the sales department is absolutely the same. They took a very consultative approach to our purchase, understood what we were trying to accomplish from a look and fucntionality standpoint and worked hard to make sure all of this fit into our budget. If you are looking to purchase new or need service please call this company, I am really glad I did!
A friend of mine recommended Raynor when my garage door had broken down. When I called them, I was shocked at how polite they were over the phone. Service companies always act like they are doing you a favor by coming out to fix your problem. Not Raynor. They walked me through steps to see if I could fix my own problems. Unfortunately I was unable to fix the problem so they sent out a tech who not only fixed my door but also serviced my wife's door for no extra cost. What a great experience. I will be calling them in the future.
The team at Raynor in Northfield is amazing. Product selection that is second to none, highly reccommend!
