I was in your Tuscaloosa, Alabama location this morning. As soon as I walked in a very nice lady asked if she could help me find anything. She was very friendly and helpful. She helped me find exactly what I needed. I really appreciated how great the customer service was that I received.

Horrible experience. Associate treated me like a shoplifter the moment I walked in. Then during my transaction she made a statement about me "looking at her crazy". Very unprofessional. I have shopped at this store for years without issue. Today they lost a customer.
