Not sure about there work but there driving skills sure need improvement. If your gonna have road rage and try running people off the road you shouldn't have your businesses name on the truck

Can't speak about their actual performance on the job, but I drove behind one of their trucks and I had to write a review of how TERRIBLE they drive! Watched him cut off four different people, go the wrong way in a turning lane, yell at someone out the window when in fact he was at fault! Speaks volumes about the kind of person you'd be dealing with.... Horrible!

Terrible!! Got all new windows. Had nothing but trouble from day 1. Installers were rude, they filled blank spaces with plywood. Windows leaked and after a couple return visits where all they did was put new caulk over old caulk they never came back. Wood has rotted and windows will have to be removed along with molded, rotted wood. After $12,000.00 you would expect a decent job. Horrible business!!

terrible customer service. I called and someone on cell answered since no office. Person was not friendly. After confirming they do not do a certain task he hung up. very rude!!! Their loss

RIPP OFF, SCAMMER, UNTRUSTWORTHY!!I called Northport Glass and Door about some Garage Doors need for my house in CT, Rich showed up gave me a quote on the doors in writing. I also had him do a shower glass door I as well. We made a better deal if I paid him in cash. I gave him a $500 cash deposit. He then called me the next day and said he made a mistake and the garage doors were going to cost another $400. Even though I had a contract in hand. I told him forget the garage doors and just do the shower door which was only $500. He said fine and told me it would be three to 4 weeks.. I called him for 4 months, he never came though with my shower door and said he was going to return my money.. I never got my money back and every time I tried to call him he gave me some lame excuse that the "mail" came back to him.. I had someone call him from the state and all he did was lie to them that he did the job. He is such a joke.. If he did the job why would I be posting here?? Just a thief.
