      Entry level real estate classes to become a real estate salesperson. Salesperson Workshop to develop marketing skills and show an applicant the way around the business. Broker/Associate Broker Classes to enable an applicant to show time and success in real estate or to enable an applicant to start a new real estate company. Continuing education classes to meet the State mandated hours required by a licensee each year and over the 3 year term of a real estate license. *Our assistance to students includes one on one meetings with a student when necessary. *It also includes assistance to those who have taken the class elsewhere but still need help with the material. *Includes building test taking skills to enable a student to have better success with the test. *Includes individual tutoring at a reasonabable cost. *Includes group tutoring at a reasonable cost. Materials for class were developed by a veteran real estate licensee who is also an English teacher. Materials appeal to all learning methods including: Oral - Audio tapes to trigger memory of what has been learned; Reading - A textbook accompanied by a glossary that helps to relate terms or to differentiate similar terms. Visual - A power point presentation that goes through the concepts discussed in pictures, charts, and diagrams. Application - More than 3000 practice questions to hone testing skills; Discussion - In class explanation of material rather than lecture; students are free to ask questions or to clarify their understanding. We believe that in class learning is a group effort which serves to enhance understanding. No memorization of terms or concepts - it's all about leaving the class with knowledge of the concepts so they will be with a student all the way through the practice of real estate. And if you never practice real estate - the knowledge you gain from the class will be with you in each real estate transaction you encounter personally for a lifetime.
