I thought they were a little pricey until I shopped around & found out they're actually some of the better units in Novato for the price. Fancier than most with crown and chair molding, fireplaces too. The laundry rooms were split up so I didn't have to walk far and it made it harder for people to hog them all. After work I usually had the pool and hot tub to myself. Very quiet most of the time, except one dog that barked alot, but they moved out after we complained. Nice neighbors and managers and they only raised the rent $50. once during the two and a half years I was there.
