I called last week and left a message on machine, I called once and no one answered, I called two days ago and the lady said she would call me back in a half hour. I still have not heard from anyone. Tomorrow is Saturday and I would have liked to have had the dirt here when I would have help spreading it. Now we are going to be planting our grass to late in the season.

I have been trying to get a quote that was promised on Thursday. My husband and I have called over 4 times....each time the woman says she will call us right back. Here it is Monday of the next week and we are still calling and she is still saying she will call right back...now she ways she has no recollection of talking to me on Thruway, which was the day she figures out the amount of each kind of dirt I would need for my raised garden...we talked for 15 minutes....I am still waiting on the quote.

The people are nice and the product is good, but they have no communication when things change. For instance, they will say "We will deliver it to you this Tuesday, we'll call you 45 mins prior when the truck is loading up." If they get behind on orders, rain compacts the dirt, etc. Don't expect them to give you a call to tell you that you're not getting your order delivered, at all. You can wait all day Tuesday to find out that they've been behind all day long and decided not to call you. Their excuse will be "we said we'd call before we loaded the truck". By this they mean we never called you so we're in the clear for never coming, even though we said we'd be there on that day. No notice, no apologies, no explanation. You may not hear from them for a week (happened to me, and then another no contact on delivery day a second time). They expect you to listen to them tell you a day and then go about your business as usual expecting them to call whenever they get around to it to be at a site to dump dirt within 30 to 45 mins on any day within a week of what they said. Call them every single day, several times a day if you wish to do business with them.Twice they've said "let me call you right back with some prices" to never hear from them again. You will then have to call them the next day to have them say something like "Yes we have your order for such and such.". Well what about the options, prices and the different mixes we discussed? "Yes, let me get those for you."

Friendly ,knowledgeable people. Quick, expertly loading onto our pickup truck. Staff was patient while we arranged tarp in pickup before loading. We were walk-in customers treated right. Good prices too.

The moment I walked into that business I was happy. The owners were very helpful. Great Customer Service. The Prices was the cheapest in town, Will recommended them to all my friends and family!!
