I just wanted to know if it was financially wise to drive the eleven miles round trip. A man with heavy accent answered the phone. He began to tell me. Then his tone changed and he told me no, he could not tell me the price of the phone. I inquired as to why. he mumbled a bit and said that's just our policy.
