I spent 155 dollars. They couldn't get stain out of coat and they didn't hem 4 pair of pants that I paid for. I gave thme the chance to fix it and he laughed in my face and said sorry. Horrible customer service and poor quality of work. Also lack of integrity for not fixing their mistake.

April 2012: Had a horrific experience at Town Cleaners!! I was previously a frequent customer but when a scarf of mine was returned with holes and tears all over it, the owner Choe Yon Song refused to fix it, compensate me (a mere $15), or apologize. Instead he called me a liar, pointed his finger in my face, and laughed my accusations. I could not believe any person would treat a customer in such a hostile manner!! When I informed my husband what happened he met me at Town Cleaners only to find Mr. Yon Song's wife stating he had "left for the day" and "wouldn't be back until Monday afternoon." Unbelievable!!
