I have had 2 dealings with the vault in the past year.

1) I went in trying to sell some jewelry so I could pay my electric bill. The guy waiting on seemed to know what he was talking about but before he made me an offer he told me which pieces he thought I could get more money for from a pawn shop or selling to someone else. He paid me what I thought was a fair price for the majority of what I had. I went to the pawn shop and got an offer but needless to say The Vaults offer was better.

2) Because of the previous experience I had with The Vault I went back to purchase an engagement ring for my high school sweetheart. The guy waiting on me was very patient with me taught me the basics of buying a stone he let me use his magnifying lens to look into the stone and told me what I was looking at. I was torn between 2 stones and he told me the best way to buy a stone is not by color and clarity but by looking at the stone first and find one with the best eye appeal. He said just because a stone is more or less included doesn't always mean it is the better looking stone. I thought he was just saying that so I would pick the more expensive stone but in the end we both decided the less expensive stone matched the mounting better than the other.

I dont know how anyone can give The Vault a neg review. Ive went to them for years now and they are great. I look forward to my visits with the staff and owner and always leave satisfied.

I bought a beautiful wedding ring today at the vault I was more than impressed . You cannot compare the vault to any one else in town they are honest and do not try to rip you off or jack the prices up . I will be back .

No matter when I have came up to The Vault, I have received fantastic service. This is how a business should be ran, with customer service that excels. Today was no different. They repaired jewelry for me for many years and are amazing at what they do. I highly recommend this place to anyone needed a repair, or a new beautiful piece to wear.

My husband and i.went here today in hopes of selling.his class.ring and while the owner was looking atthe.ring he was aking why we wanted.to.sell it. So.he went into.the back and asked how much we wanted and we told him $20 cuz it wasnt much to begin with and he gave us $100! And then i asked him if.he.wouldnt mind helping us. That mab is amazing! Thanks to.him.we WILL.have a place.to stay! Thank.you:)

I was actually shocked and upset when I walked into this store. All there is, is a 16 year old boy working. I am pissed that I wasted my effort and time walking into a store like this. Am I really just supposed to just give my hard earned money to a little teenager? Am I just supposed to take his word on how many carats this is? Or what this is worth? He looks to be only 16 not much more, how does he even know the value of a ring? Does he mark up the value so he can go party after work? How am I supposed to even know? How can you trust some kid running a jewelry store? You can't. Who does he have to answer to when he is the only one working? How do I know if he is trustworthy or not? I am pissed I wasted my time with this place. I hope they are more professional in the future.

This guy reminds me of some shops in small towns by the border. The guy in the front just isn't that interested in doing business for real, except for narrowly favored clientéle. My gut says he's a front to launder money.
Don't go here. You'll just be putting some jewelry on some mob boss's wife.

I went in here about a week ago to find more information about some coins I have and to get my girlfriend a gift for her birthday. It was mid afternoon and the guy that helped me looked like he just woke up. It felt like I was going to purchase something from the guy on the corner in a trench coat. The Vault is not a professional atmoshere at all. I ended up going to the Mall.

I went in here the other day to look for a ring for my girlfriend and their selection is crap. Their service is crap. They didnt know how to answer half of my questions. I ended up going to Zales and found the perfect ring and they were really helpfull to.

This place really is horrible. I wonder how it stays in business. The older guy is an a@# to deal with. He will look you in the eye and lie to your face. Buyers BEWARE !! PLEASE dont waste your money at this store. Any other store is better than this store, I PROMISE YOU THAT !!!!!!!!!!!!

This place is pathetic. I can't believe I wasted my money and time buying from this place.Its dollar store material. The jewlery breaks easily. And when I went in to get it repaired the guy was on the phone yelling at someone like a peice of white trash.Thats not Professional at all.

The Owners son Chris is a LIAR and a THEIF.He will lie to your face and Rip you off.DON'T waste your time or money at this place !! Your better off going somewhere else.
