I had some flowers delivered which were wilted and dying upon delivery. When I called they were very nice on the phone and said they would replace them. However when the lady came back to deliver a new arrangement she was EXTREMELY RUDE saying that “wild flowers were supposed to look that way” (wilted???? No they are not) and “they were perfectly fine” (umm NO). The lady brought a new smaller arrangement and yes I thought that they were a lot better than the first; but she ended up also saying she was leaving the first (dying) flowers arrangement and she would just charge us for both because they were both perfectly fine.I have personally worked with a lot of flowers professionally and have been around numerous wild flowers, I know a wilted flower when I see one. The main reason why I'm writing something is not because of the dying arrangement but because of how she was completely and overly bad mannered. A customer should be treated better!

I ordered flowers on May 14 and was told they'd be delivered that day - red tulips. On May 15 (a day late) they delivered some other type of flower that was not what I ordered. They were also wilted and dead. Unbelievable. I called and spoke with the Owner and she told me a story that her driver was in a wreck, and they brought in new flowers but couldn't get what I wanted to they delivered different flowers a day late. Nice. They after I got a little irritated she told me not to call again. Good luck if you order from here, worst service experience of my life. Never been so riled up over $75.

I discovered after two o'clock that my son needed a corsage for the sweetheart dance. I called Cedar Village Floral as they were closing. They agreed to do it at the last minute. The corsage was beautiful and the price was fair.

I want to thank Cedar Ridge for doing an exceptionally awesome job on my Father-inlaws flowers for his funeral. I let the girl that helped me do her thing not knowing fully what I would get and when I saw the flowers they were just what I was hoping for and more. Thank you for helping out in a very stressful time.
