Dr. Ralston & Staff, I just wanted to let you all know how much I appreciate my surgery experience. I have never felt so comfortable in a doctors office. The staff is so friendly and kind from the moment I arrived, not to mention how caring & understanding Dr. Ralston is.

Dr. Ralston was excellent the first time around. He listened to my needs and was able to provide amazing results. However, when a revision was required because of a left breast deflation 10 years later, the results were shameful, embarrassing and rushed when he was footing the bill. My desires were clearly stated, described and agreed upon by a written contract. Not only did he not listen or perform to the agreed upon contract, he created the look he thought would look best when I was under sedation. One month later when the edema had subsided, I brought the contract to his attention only to discover that he had changed the documentation in his favor. Please avoid this surgeon to avoid the negative, life-altering results I will have to endure for the rest of my life!!!!
