I was having a lot of problems with my IPad, and so I took it in to PC Laptops because that is where my children go for their repairs. They looked it over and couldn't figure out the problem, so the just replaced the whole screen. I had only had it a couple of days when it started acting up again, so I took it back. Alllie took one look at it and knew that the screen had come unglued. It only took them a could of hours and I had my IPad back. Allie was so friendly and helpful. I got my laptop almost 2 years ago, and I have had zero problems. My laptop did take a fall, and the bottom plate needed to be replaced. I took it to them to fix and it was worse than they thought. I bought my first PC Laptop a year and half ago. I to put it simply…love a love a it! I bought from PC Laptops because I was so impressed with the warranty…its lifetime on parts and warranty!! I have had problems with viruses this past year and at first it scared me so I called PC Laptops right away and they told me not to worry just bring it in!! I tell them to take care of my “puter” because all my friends live in it…So amazing…didn’t cost a thing to fix. I had a major crash and it didn’t cost a thing! Wow!! When friends tell me how much they spent for their bargain computer I just say, you just bought a throw-away computer! First crash, ba da bing …throw it away and buy a new one!! We bought a desktop system for our small business 2 years ago. Recently we had an issue with it running slow and acting funny. We took it to PC Laptops and they cleaned up our system for NO Charge. They were very friendly and said that if it didn't work right they may have to replace the hard drive.... At NO charge! Lifetime guarantee on parts and labor is true.
