I have been treated 3 different times at Wasatch Therapy. The first time, my back pain was so extreme, I feared I would be using a walker soon. My diagnosis was Degenerative Disc Disease. With the professional assistance and tenacity of Rob Black, I was able to walk normally and resume many activities. My second experience with Wasatch Therapy and Rob Black was after I had undergone rotator cuff surgery. Recovery from this surgery was difficult and discouraging. Rob and the other PTs and techs were encouraging, patient and supportive. When we were finished, I had full mobility of that arm.I have the utmost respect and confidence in the services Wasatch Therapy provides, however, it is the people who work there, from the capable women at the reception desk to the technicians and interns to the highly trained and competent Therapists that make their facility a place of healing and hope. My therapist seemed to have a lot going on and I didn't get much one on one time. Before my second appointment, there was a problem with my insurance. I didn't find out there was a problem until I showed up for my appointment. The lady at the front desk swore she had left a voice mail the Friday before, but that wasn't the case. It would have been nice to have them call the same morning and letting me know instead of leaving it up to chance on a voice mail that wasn't left. Not very professional in my opinion.
