Latonya at the Belle Isle location was so helpful when I went in to buy a car seat. I'm a new mom and didn't have a clue what to buy. Her customer service was over the top! She explained and showed me everything about the Graco car seat I purchased. I actually bought 2 for the price of one pretty much after she explained to me this item was on sale, and after all the discounts and even got a baby's r us credit card. Latonya was exceptional I have never had such great customer service any where like she gave me she deserves a raise! haha I love this store I will defiantly be back thanks for making my trip enjoyable and easy!

This Baby's R Us has terrible service, manager and policies. Literally each time I have been there lines at the customer service and cashier were backed up with people having problems. The manager was just standing around not even willing to help. Lesson learned I will not return. Stay away and save yourself from the hassle.
