Went in with an auto part knowing it was probably going to be a jury rig. Mr Clean behind the counter was more interested in eating than helping. After I asked a young lady about it she referred to Mr Clean and he looks at it and says he does not have anything. To difficult to really help, when I turned to look myself my son said that Mr Clean had a derogatory comment under his breath that the young lady seemed to find funny. I would not go to this store again if Lowes closed its doors and Home Depot filed bankruptcy. Really don't think going in and complaining would help.

I love this hardware store. They have odd items the big box stores don't carry. The store personnel bend over backwards to help most all your needs or can refer you to another business that might carry what your looking for. Some parts I've came in for are not cross reference-able because of brand specific like Stihl and John D. It gives you that old country store feel.

Well the red head was very helpful and friendly. The short guy where ear phones was not helpful. I asked if he could help look up parts for my cub cadet. He acted like it wasn't his job. I gave the model of 4 of my cub cadets he couldn't fine anything he would just stand there. With no respond. Then I gave him one of the models off the motor he typed it in and just stood there. Not doing anything. I keeped having to ask did that work or do you need something else. I finely just looked up the parts on my iPhone called a second hard ware store and picked up the parts over there. If he couldn't fine the parts I understand that it was just him standing there like a fallen log.

Every time I go to this hardware store everyone is very knowledgeable and friendly. If they can't help you with all of your needs they know who to call. Evens does it best!!!
