Unfortunately I’ve had to use their repair services several times to repair my lawnmower. Fortunately they are professional, courteous, reasonably priced and don’t make me feel like an idiot for my issues with my machine. :-)
I have always got the help I need here. I won't bother going anywhere else . I bought my STIHL blower and weed eater from this company. And will buy a mower next.
The company does not follow first come, first serve. I purchased a brand new riding lawn mower on 5/18/14. The mower deck weld broke. I called P.P.E. and they said they could fix it in less than 1 week. After multiple calls after a week and no return phone calls ever, 2 1/2 weeks later the mower repair was done. I go to pick it up and the Service Manager, Henry, tells me that he never said 1 week. He said that he services mowers on a basis of who bought from him first. Everyone who didn't goes to the back of the line. He should have advised me of this before I dropped it off. He then said that he is doing everything he can to ensure he never sees me again. I explained that in no instance ever, would I do business with him again. He used profanity towards me. His coworker walks up and tells me, "it is free and it is sitting outside, go get it and leave". This statement is made to me during the time I am being cussed at by Henry, the Service Manager.
I Dropped my mower off and I was told it would be about a month before it was looked at since it was the peak of the mowing season that was ok. After 2 months I called to check and they said it hadn't even been looked at and they would get right on it. Then another month I called same thing. 4 months after dropping it off & paying people to mow my yard. I called to see what could possibly be taking so long. They said one more week. After another week I drove up to the store & after waiting in the store for over 30 mins without being greeted or asked if I needed anything I asked to speak with a manager. I then had to wait another 30 mins just to be asked again what I needed. After finally being able to talk with a manager he told me that he personally would have it taken care & he would have me called upon being fixed. After 2 more weeks I called & they told me they had lost it & if I could come ID it! Once finished & $100 I found a broke bolt to the air filter & they put it on me!!!
