The customer service I experienced was very poor. After hearing great reviews from my neighbors who bought their furniture at sealand living, I was excited to see the top quality they had to offer. When it was time to talk to a sales member about what I want, no one wanted to answer my questions. Many loud comments were made from one employee to another. high end sales people behaving in a hostile manner not worth my experience good brand but not good for customer experience.
