0Smitty's Lawn & Garden provided a great selection of Lawn Equipment. Very knowledgeable staff to help you select the right product for your lawn.
This was the first time I had visited this business. I went in because the chain on my chain saw would not operate. They found the minor problem and fixed it with no charge!
This place is a nightmare as far as business practices, I spent $7000 on a lawnmower they quoted being there at 14 days it took over a month. The lawnmower breaks nine hours into me owning it and then they want to charge me $75 each way just to get it there and back to my house and will be a week. Never I repeat never do business with them.
Website is great and I saw that if you post you can get a free blade sharpening! I am needing my honda mower worked on so I am bringing it in to Smittys and will let them fix it and also get my blade sharpened for free! Nice and convenient location and nice on the phone, try it out yourself!
Quality Products with knowledgeable staff to help you maintain your mower. I purchased a Honda mower from Smitty's -Best mower in the neighborhood. Smitty's is available to answer any questions you might have regarding your product- years after you make your purchase. Great Service department in keeping it maintained.
Smittys does a great job sharpening my blades and do it in a timely fashion.
Poor quality service and no customer service! They burned out my new started and and arced a new battery cable. They tried to cover up they mess with black tape. I requested the bad parts--no one could find them. Sound fishy to me.
I got the mower back and stared to cut our grass but it quit running before I could finish the job. They would not help us and the young manager was rude to us. We have problems now they we did not have before. Just for a tune up that cost more than $500.00
Whenever I have an issue with my lawn equipment, I take it to Smitty's. They have a drive through service which is convenient as they help you with getting the equipment out of your vehicle and ask questions about what kind of service you need. It is nice to take your lawnmower out here to know you have a free loaner as a replacement while yours is being fixed. They also have a great assortment of mowers,trimmers and other lawn equipment for sale.
The drive through service department is great. NO hassle on where to drop off my mower. The service check-in is painless and easy not like other shops i have done business with. The service department took great care of me and did exactly what i wanted done. Thanks for the great service.
I bought my zero turn mower at the store 3 years ago and had as great experiance. Ian and Tom really know their stuff. They were very helpful in guiding me to the right mower for my yard. I recommend that you give them a try if you are in need of new equipment like i was. The store is the best in the area, displays are setup so you can compare model and brands very easy. Great follow-up after the sale, they even delivered it to my house for a nominal fee.
