You folks were outstanding. We have only used the fireplace for a couple months, but so far so good.

I was searching around to find the best deal on a stove and found it there! When I came into their showroom there was a huge selection to choose from. The staff was so helpful in finding me exactly what I was looking for. The installation process was fast and easy! They were in and out on the day they said they would install, and didn't leave a mess!! Very professional service, I will DEFINITELY be doing business with them again!

When i first started shopping for a wood stove, I had an idea of what i wanted, but no idea how many choices were available. While on my search, I stopped in at NW Home & Hearth to take a look.. I was blown away at their selection, and way impressed with their knowledge and expertise. I finally bought the stove, after 1/2 a dozen trips to narrow down my choices. They were always very helpful and patient as i worked thru my decision. just had the stove installed and have to say I'm very satisfied with the entire process. The stove looks great - I'm ready for winter.
