      I recently visited my Grandmother and was very impressed with the care she is getting. All of the staff treated her with dignity and kindness. I am so glad she is in the care of such caring and wonderful human beings.

      Puget Sound Healthcare Center offers long-term care, skilled nursing, outpatient rehabilitation and subacute care services. Its long-term care services are designed for those who can no longer be cared at homes or in assisted living facilities due to injuries or other limitations. The center s skilled nursing services include nutritional support and personal care. Puget Sound Healthcare Center s interdisciplinary clinical teams provide a range of care management services, including case management, discharge planning and clinical account management. Its respiratory, physical, occupational and speech therapies assist patients with physical, cognitive, psychosocial and communication impairments.
