We will never recommend this company to anyone! We changed our security monitoring over to them in 2014 and also had a Honeywell Zwave thermostat installed. Turns out the thermostat was not compatible with our system (gas furnace and heat pump) and the HVAC technician they use obviously doesn't know what he's doing or he'd have known better! Just found this out in Dec. 2014 when a blower motor went out in our furnace. It's been like yanking teeth to get a refund in addition to poor customer service ,and not returning phone calls. Had to keep calling them back! They even had the nerve to tell us that they went above and beyond by not charging us a restocking fee! Our own HVAC technician said whoever they use for the thermostat install just went in took the existing thermostat out, and hook theirs up without even checking the system for compatibility! The company is also giving the run around to neighbors of ours on a different issue who've been customers for 18 years!
