I have had really good luck with them. They are really honest and will only replace anything that needs to be replaced unlike other places. They have always done a great job of fixing my 2 Kirby vacuums.

I been going there for years you probaly had a bad attiude when you went there to begin with nobody ever says that its always onesided. Any way enough negativity thier great people to work with they like what they do you can see it when you are there or on the phone very professional I will be back and Iwill tell all my freinds.

this place gave me nothing but headache!!! They broke my vacuum and then told me 2 order the parts and they would reimbuse me. They refused to help me when they put me in this position. It's been 2 weeks and I have yet to get a call back. I do NOT suggest anyone use them
