It appears that staff have had to write reviews for this office. It seems all the names are staff or dentists that gave good reviews. They billed my insurance for work they didnt do. They are nasty horrible. To patients.

Everyone makes you feel welcomed, the entire is friendly and talks to as if they know you personally. I love how the staff treats their patients! The staff are professional and well trained! "THERE IS NO PLACE BETTER". No other dentist office compares! My 30 minute drive is well worth it!

The dentist and staff at Western Iowa Dental Group are amazing! I always feel that I am important to them when I have a dental appoitment! I love coming to this office everyone is so friendly and I personally think they are the best dental officec in the area. I would not go any where else, Love these guys!

When I was seen at Western Iowa Dental, I felt that the staff and Dr.s were very caring and explained all my treatment with words I could understand. I have been to other offices and they ust terms I am not familar with and I did not feel comfortable. I felt that this office reached out to me to make sure I had a very firm understanding of the dental work I need to have. I have since sent 4 of my co workers and have heard just great things. This office is beyond fabulous! From the moment I called to schedule my emergency appointment they were nothing but accomodating to scheduling me as well as taking care of all my dental needs. When I walked in the front door I was greeted in as if I had been a long time patient. When the doctor was telling me exactly what treatment I needed he made sure I understood every step of the way. I was in and out of there in a sufficient timely matter and have gone back for all my dental needs since. I highly recommend this office & dentists!

In short, this office cares more about money than patient care. I called for an appointment. When i showed up, the receptionist was rude and didnt even look at me. When i finally got to see the dentist it was two hours late. The dentist and his nurse both acted like it was their first day out ofs school. I ended up having to leave and go to another dentist who could treat me. Never go here.

After my visit to Western Iowa Dental Group, I knew I had to find a way to share with others. I am a small business owner in the trucking industry and self-insured. On Tuesday, 12 Mar 13, my wisdom tooth decided it no longer wanted to serve as a willing participate with the rest of my teeth! And on Wednesday morning I walked into the most helpful, clean, modern medical facility I have ever been in. From Cheri at the reception desk, who was loaded with helpful information, to Amanda, the dental assistant who did everything to make me comfortable, to Dr. McGuire, who analyzed my situation, referred me to, and got me in to see an oral surgeon that morning, you folks are simply the best! Thanks, a smiling trucker

The staff here are extremely rude and unprofessional. I had been going there since i was a child, but since they changed their name and replaced staff members it has gotten awful. A dental assistant literally cut my gums while setting up for an xray and when i said "ow" i was told if i was going to complain i could just leave now. One of the dentists gave me numbing shots before fixing a cavity left the area for 30-45 min then had a receptionist come tell me he wouldnt fix the small cavity until i had someone come pick up my daughter! she was sitting quietly in the corner coloring, i had to pay a sitter to pick her up. By the timeall that happened the numbing was wearing off and i had to have it fixed without!! When i complained to the staff manager all i received was sarcastic remarks. They dont even keep reliable records, my child started going there at one year and every 6mos since and they only have 3 visits listed out of 7 in her med record!! Thankfully my ins sent me the EOBs. With the previous staff i never understood why people hated to go to the dentist.. But this new staff... They dont even verify ins like they are supposed to.. My ins was changing and i thought i might have a lapse in coverage.. I asked at the front desk to verify they confirmed coverage they said yes i am covered... And sure enough i wasnt. When i received the first bill,sent to a relative who also goes to the clinic's address, it threatened collections! On the first statement! Plus there was a "lovely" hand written note requesting I pay the account in full right away! After my treatment here I will never go back not even if it was free. Wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy.
